Our breakfast and lunch offerings are made the same way we bake our bread, from scratch and with intention. We use organic flour and grains and source fruits, vegetables, and dairy from local farmers we know and trust. Start your morning with an espresso and a warm, savory quiche, or stop in later for a cup of coffee and a freshly made sandwich. Everything is prepared fresh each day, with menus that shift with the seasons.

A selection of sandwiches, savory bites, and cookies are available every day. Cold and hot sandwiches are available in Evanston and Winnetka. Cold Sandwiches are available in Libertyville. Our current sandwich menu includes the following:
HOT SANDWICHES
- Breakfast Sandwich with Eggs, Cheese, Bacon and Onion Jam on a Brioche Bun
- Reuben on Country
- Turkey Avocado Melt
- Turkey Chipotle Melt on Ciabatta
- Chicken Apple and Cheddar on Ciabatta and Cubano

We have a full espresso bar, and proudly feature Ruby Coffee at our stores. A variety of cold drinks, cheeses and butter are also available in our refrigerated section at each location.

We take great care in preparing our products, however, please be aware that all of our products are made in a facility that uses, processes, and handles major allergens. All of the following major allergens are present and used throughout our bakery: Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Tree Nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.), Peanuts, Soy, Sesame.
